How do I proceed after arrival at the polyclinic?
REMINDER
Although we do our best to serve you promptly an emergency may result in a delay in providing your care. Your patience and understanding in these situations is appreciated.
General enquiries:
The telephone receptionist in the booth located at the entrance to the main waiting area will be happy to assist you.

Persons who have appointments to see the doctor:

Place your appointment card in the container according to the appointment time. (Booth No 2)

Have a seat and proceed to the Records Officer when your name is called.

After processing you will be directed to the General Practice area for screening by the Nurse.
Walk-in patients or persons who wish to make an appointment:

Take a number from the machine at the front of the Records Department.

Have a seat and proceed to the Records Officer when your number is called.

Child Health Clinic Visits (Mondays and Thursdays):

APPOINTMENTS:

DO NOT take a number.

Place your child’s immunization booklet or green card in the container provided according to the time of your appointment.

NON-APPOINTMENTS or POSTNATAL BABY VISITS:
-
Place the book in the walk-in or postnatal container respectively.

Please note that on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays parents and guardians are required to take a number in order for their child to be seen as a walk-in.
Persons with appointments to all other polyclinic services:

Proceed directly to the waiting area for the service.
