Our Service Standards

We will:
  • Respond to all complaints and reports reaching our offices within 48hrs from the receipt of notification.

  • Provide progress reports on all complaints being investigated including action taken and the current status of the investigation.

  • Aim to remedy all complaints within 15 days from notification and give an explanation if this is not achieved.
