Temporary Restaurant is a food service operation which offers food and drink to the public for sale.
The proprietor must first obtain a permit from the Ministry of Health which allows him to operate for a period not exceeding 30 days.
Where do I obtain a permit for a temporary restaurant?
This can be obtained from the polyclinic responsible for the area where the event is being held.
How do I obtain a permit for a temporary restaurant?
After gaining permission from the owner of the land on which you plan to operate:
a) An application must be made to the polyclinic for a temporary restaurant permit.
b) A doctor’s certificate for ALL of the workers is required before the application can be processed .
